Abstract

This study explored the Narok Bible College stakeholders' perception of ideal theological programs at the college. Data was collected through face to face semistructured interviews, which were recorded and transcribed. The findings revealed that, the major concerns of the stakeholders were administrative issues regarding the programs. The stakeholders desire that the programs be designed in such away that they unify, academic, practical, and spiritual training, an idea called holistic curricularizing. Based on the findings, Narok Bible College needs to review its theological programs in light of the concerns mentioned by the stakeholders in consultation with similar theological colleges.
